The staff members were all friendly and pleasant. My room included a safe, a seating area, and a writing desk.

All good — we loved this boutique hotel — the food was good and the staff were very amiable and extremely friendly. The room was great-sized, it had hair dryers and soft bathrobes. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was large.

Our rooms were modern and well-appointed, with a bath. The hotel had indeed a comfy location in a great part of town.

Its location at a short distance from a Canal street was convenient and fantastic. The staff were ATTENTIVE, amicable and helped me with public parking.

The total stay was fantastic during my visit to the 2018 Essence. Stayed in deluxe king suite which was perfect for me. The location was magnificent and awesome, close to Louis Armstrong.

Overall it was a fabulous stay during my visit to the 2018 Essence. The location of the hotel was central, close enough to public service, French Quarter and river and most attractions. The rooftop bar was available on the premises.

Modern place, very comfy beds, attentive stuff. A personal safe, an iron with ironing board and a work desk available in the deluxe king suite. Magnificent and awesome location just off hotel's restaurant, more touristy french quarter and Superdome, could not be better...

When we visit New Orleans, like staying here. The deluxe room is new-fashioned with very comfortable beds and a bath.

This place was luxurious in general with a very friendly and cooperative staff team. The location magnificent and marvellous right in the center of everything. Also - near to canal and Bourbon street, the central business district and the french quarter or riverside. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Good-sized and well-appointed rooms, a large bathroom. The beds comfy. Convenient location as only 5 minutes to a city park. Just off the older and more touristy french quarter and the central business district and hotel's restaurant.

It was excellent place for travelling to New Orleans, I was glad to stay there. The location of the hotel was comfortable - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a Canal street. It was located in a pretty nice area.

Sadly, there was no breakfast.

Overall loved our stay and can't recommend it highly enough. The hotel was gorgeous and comfortable and the food was excellent. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice and our room was impressive with very comfortable beds, a bath.
